No. Registering your interest is free and does not create a booking.

We plan to provide standard connection coordination at no direct charge to customers. Ongoing provider charges and any applicable connection fees remain separate. Provider arrangements are still being finalised.

We will explain available provider options and any panel limitations before proceeding. You remain responsible for approving your provider and plan.

We can help coordinate a connection request for your preferred date, but activation depends on provider processes, property infrastructure and any required technician appointments.

The cleaning scope will depend on property size and condition. We'll confirm the applicable inclusions and written quote before any work is booked.

The package is intended to offer additional property preparation options. The final included service allowance and any extra charges will be confirmed before launch.

Yes. We're developing the offering for renters, buyers and property managers coordinating incoming tenancies.

Registration details are collected for Lot & Lane to manage your expression of interest. Any future provider referral requiring disclosure of personal information will be subject to appropriate authorisation.
