How pricing works

Quote confirmation

Every price on this page is indicative. Your final price is set out in a written quote, and no work is booked until you accept it and scheduling with an independent service provider is confirmed.

Photo or onsite verification

Gardening, rubbish removal, pressure washing and Rental Ready need photos to confirm scope. Property maintenance may need an onsite assessment. We don't give instant guaranteed prices for these.

Exclusions

Each service page lists what is and isn't included. Anything outside those inclusions is quoted separately.

Access issues

Prices assume safe, ready access at the agreed time, nearby parking and ground-level work. Restricted access, stairs, lifts or no parking may require a revised quote. Any approved access or call-out charge must be disclosed and agreed in advance.

Additional waste disposal fees

Rubbish and green waste beyond the quoted volume, and items such as mattresses, tyres or e-waste, may attract extra disposal fees charged by licensed facilities. Hazardous waste isn't accepted.

Heavy soiling

Cleaning prices assume normal wear. Heavy grease, mould, pet hair, hoarding or long-neglected properties are quoted separately.

Travel loadings

Only configured charges for confirmed service coverage apply. Any mandatory travel charge is included in the full GST-inclusive quote total before acceptance.
